How do I clear the cache on my browser?

Sometimes if you are experiencing a poor connection, we recommend that you try clearing your cache.

How do I clear the cache on my tablet/device?

iOS

• Go to ‘Settings’ on your device
• Scroll down and select ‘Safari’
• Scroll down and select the ‘Clear History and Website Data’ option

Chrome for Android

• Tap the ‘Menu’ option
• Tap ‘Settings’ when you are in the menu
• Tap the ‘Privacy’ option
• Select the ‘Clear Browsing Data’ option in the top right-hand corner of the screen
• Select what you want to clear and then tap the ‘Clear’ option.
