My iOS device is running slow and the connection is not great. What can I do?
Quit and Relaunch the App
Double tap the home button and swipe up on the Boom Bingo App to close it.
Switch off your iPad
Hold down the lock button and then swipe to turn off your iPad and then hold it again to turn your iPad back on.
Restart your iPad
Hold down the home button and the lock button to begin the process of restarting the iPad. This will take a few minutes to load back up.
Ensure you are updated to the latest iOS
You can this by going to settings , general and then software updates.
Delete and Reinstall the app
Delete the Boom App by holding down on the app and then it will start to shake. Tap the X button next to it, and then head to the app store to download the application again.
