I purchased my cards for the next round and it is not showing them. What is happening?

If you cannot see your cards during the round that you purchased for, please try refreshing the page. When you purchase cards the system will always play out your cards and you will always receive your Boom Bucks for winning cards. You may also need to ensure that your Daub Mode is set to Auto.

I didn’t get my winning Boom Bucks, what do I do?

Refresh the page and then check your Boom Buck history by clicking on your Boom Bucks balance.

The slots game froze on me and the reels kept spinning. What do I do?

Refresh the page and come back into the game. If there is a collect button featured on the game you may need to collect your winnings from there, otherwise they will have already been added to your account. You will have not lost any Boom Bucks.

I was playing a slot game and the lines from the right side did not pay out? Why is this?

Before playing any game you may want to click/tap on Pay Table and read the information there. Some slot games may only pay from the left side to the right apart from scatters.
