Terminating Account

How do I terminate my account?

We are sorry to hear you want to close your account! If there is anything we can do please contact our team at [e-mail].

If you would like to close your account you can do one of the following:

• Select your current screen name in the top bar of your boom application, then select Manage Profile.
• Select your Profile Card from your Buddy Bar or in Chat, then select Manage Profile.
• Select the Menu button (iOS only), select the Profile button and then Manage Profile.
• In the bottom right hand corner, click on the Terminate Account button, marked in red.
