Updating & Cancelling Subscriptions

I want to update my subscription, but it says my subscription is active. What do I do?

If you are trying to upgrade your subscription, you may need to cancel your old subscription and then log back into Boom Gaming and purchase the subscription you are looking to buy. Please see, How do I Cancel My Subscription?, for more information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, click on the following link:

Select the option to Account Settings. In your Account Settings it will show your active subscriptions and to cancel your subscription you can select the deactivate option next to it. 

Cancellation of your subscription becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. This prevents any future charges to your account while making sure that you continue to receive the benefits of your subscription until the end of your current billing period.

PayPal:

• To cancel your subscription, log into your PayPal account
• Click Profile at the top of the page
• Click my Money and then click Update to find your payment
• Select the payment and then click cancel
